広報にかかる基本方針

 吉田寮は１９１３年の設立以降、公共性の高い福利厚生施設として、京大生の教育・研究活動のほか国際交流や社会貢献等の様々な活動を支えてきた。吉田寮の社会に開かれた公共施設としての存在意義を発信し、吉田寮の補修に関する諸活動や諸情報を広く大学の内外に伝えることで、社会の理解と協力のもとに補修活動を行うことを私たちは意図している。

　またその際に私たちは、吉田寮の１００年近い歴史が、京大生だけではなく吉田寮に関わる様々な立場の人々によって担われてきたということを忘れず、広報活動の基本にも、学生寮という限られた枠組みにとらわれない広い視点を常に持ち続けたいと考えている。


　以上のような観点から、吉田寮の補修活動に関する情報発信を積極的に推進し、その際、多様な広報媒体を有効に活用して、最新の情報を正確かつ迅速に、わかりやすい形で提供するように努める。また、吉田寮の内外から広く管理運営に関する要望ないし意見を聴取し、吉田寮の活動の充実・活性化に役立てるよう配慮する。

　なお、情報の収集・発信に際しては、個人情報保護その他の人権に十分に配慮する必要がある。

Basic Policy Concerning the Dissemination of Information to the Public

Since its establishment in 1913 as an institution based upon the ideal of community driven pursuit of the public good, Yoshida dormitory has functioned as a supporter not only of research and education of Kyoto University students but also of activities for international communications and contribution to society.

Bearing in mind Yoshida dormitory’s status as a public institution, our goal is to report - both to people within and outside the university - on the situation regarding the repairing of Yoshida dormitory with the aim of securing the understanding and support of the public at large. In carrying out this activity, we understand that Yoshida dormitory is more than a mere student dormitory, having over nearly one hundred years of its history been supported not only by Kyoto University students, but by people of many stations and walks of life.

Actively promoting the disseminations of information concerning the preservation of the architecture of

Yoshida dormitory using a variety of communication methods, we aim to

provide up-to-date information as fast and correctly as possible in an easily understandable format. Furthermore,

we seek to recognize the hopes and views people have concerning the pursuit of such repairs from both within and without Yoshida dormitory, in awareness of the above historical ties.

Lastly, concerning the collection and dissemination of information, we acknowledge the importance of respecting the protection of personal information and other such human rights.

目的

　吉田寮補修特別委員会ブログの円滑な運用を図るため、この指針を定めます。

吉田寮補修特別委員会

　吉田寮補修特別委員会は、吉田寮補修特別委員会ブログの維持･管理を行います。

運用責任者

　ブログの円滑な運用を図るため、委員会からブログの運用責任者を２名選出しています。運用責任者は、ブログの各記事の掲載者との連絡調整にあたるものとします。

掲載者

　ブログの各記事の掲載者は、その掲載記事の内容を常に最新の状態に保つよう努めてください。

公序良俗に反する記事等の禁止

ブログの記事の掲載は、吉田寮における補修活動のネットワーク化の目的に沿ったものに限ります。例えば、公序良俗に反するもの、商業的行為や政治･宗教活動等を目的とするものは、管理者権限によって改善勧告・排除することがあります。

改善勧告

　ブログに掲載された記事の内容が、前項に反するものと管理者が判断したときは、その記事の掲載者及びその個所の運用責任者に対し、改善の勧告を行います。また、公序良俗に反するホームページへリンクすることも同様な措置の対象とします。

排除

　ブログに掲載された記事・掲載者が改善勧告に従わない場合、補修特別委員会が判断し、記事の排除を行います。また、公序良俗に反するホームページへリンクすることも同様な措置の対象とします。

雑則

　その他、ブログの運用について必要な事項は委員会が定めます。

Blog of the Preservation Committee of Kyoto University Yoshida Dormitory

Management Guidelines

Goal

 In order to secure the smooth operation of this committee blog, the following policies have been decided.

The Preservation Committee of Kyoto University Yoshida Dormitory (吉田寮補修特別委員会)

This committee blog shall be maintained and managed by members of the committee.

Parties Responsible for Site Administration

In order to secure the smooth operation of this committee blog two individuals shall be selected from within the committee to take responsibility of administration. These individuals will be responsible for communicating with the writers of individual articles and so forth.

Posters

Posters of articles on the blog are asked that they make sure to keep the contents of the article as up to date as possible.
Articles Are Required to Adhere to Standards of Decency and Relevance Articles posted are to adhere to the goal of the pursuit of communicating in digital means about the repairs of the dormitory. For example, articles aimed at pursuing some political, religious or financial goal may be subject to demands for revisions or deletion.

Advice on Article Improvement

f the contents of an article posted on the blog are deemed by the administrators to fail to meet the above guidelines the producer of the article or responsible parties will be contacted with a request to bring the article in line with requirements. Links to homepages which fail to meet the above guidelines are also subject to this condition.

Article Removal Policy

In the case that an article is not improved to meet standards, it shall be removed upon decision made by
the committee. Links to homepages which fail to meet the above guidelines are also subject to this condition.

Miscellaneous Rules


Other rules required for administration of the blog shall be determined by the committee as required.
